Refund & Cancellation Policy

RETURN POLICY

All our products are handmade, one piece at a time, and there will be variations & natural blemishes which are not product flaws but inherent part of the manufacturing process. This is what makes each product unique. 

We pack our products with a lot of care and love so that it reaches our customers safely. Due to the high cost of shipping home decor products, we do not permit return/ exchange except in case of a manufacturing defect or damage in transit wherein we will replace the product. 

In these particular situations, please email us your issue to support@theartisanry.in with your order ID and photos & videos of the damaged product along with the box within 3 days of receiving your order. In other words, we SHALL NOT entertain requests for return & replacement after 3 calendar days from the product's delivery date.

CANCELLATION POLICY

We, under any circumstances, don’t accept any cancellation once we dispatch the order from our side from our fulfilment centre if the cancellation request is received after 24 hrs of placing the order.

For COD orders, The Artisanry reserves the right to deny future orders. In the case of prepaid orders, The Artisanry is not liable to refund the order amount if the order is refused or returned to the doorstep. Any re-delivery requests will also be chargeable, including two-way shipping and re-packing costs.
