Shipping Policy
After placing the order, we dispatch the product from our warehouse within 1 - 2 working days. From dispatch to delivery of the shipment usually takes 3 - 7 working days. However, due to unforeseen circumstances, it may take a longer time than what it usually takes.
Once you place the order, you will be notified about tracking of your order, after which you can check the estimated delivery date directly with the shipping partner. So, we suggest you check your email or your inbox from time to time. We, under any circumstances, don’t accept any cancellation once we dispatch the order from our side from our fulfilment centre if the cancellation request is received after 24 hrs of placing the order.

IMPORTANT
Within India, we deliver only to those pin codes that are serviced by our shipping partner. We regret any inconvenience caused if your pin code is outside of the serviceable area. You can check the service availability on the check out pages.
WRONG DELIVERY ADDRESS
We will not be responsible for wrong delivery due to incorrect and/or incomplete addresses given by the customer. We would request you to check your address in detail at the time of checkout. An incorrect address will incur a triple shipping cost as the package returns back to us and we then re-ship the same back to the corrected address.
EXPRESS DELIVERY
If you need a product urgently write to us at support@theartisanry.in and we will do whatever we can for a faster delivery. In case of additional shipping charges for express delivery, the extra cost will be borne by the customer.
