In how many days my order will reach me?
After placing the order, we dispatch the product from our warehouse within 1 - 2 working days. From dispatch to delivery of the shipment usually takes 3 - 7 working days depending on your location.
What if I receive a broken or damaged item?
Firstly, please don't worry. It's our responsibility that your order reaches you in perfect shape. In this particular situation please email us your issue at support@theartisanry.in with your order ID and photos & videos of the damaged product along with the box within 3 days of receiving your order. We will replace it for you at the earliest.
Is Cash On Delivery (COD) available? Why it is limited upto order value of ₹5,000?
A cash on delivery (COD) order typically means we, The Artisanry, first undertake the cost of the process of delivering the COD products to the customer - the cost of packaging, logistical coordination, shipping, handling etc. In cases where the customer is unable to receive the products or pay cash due to any reason, we incur a huge transportation cost for delivery & return along with high turnaround time. Therefore it ends up hurting a small business like us where we pay all our artisans in advance. That’s why we try and cap COD orders to ₹5,000.
How do I track my order after placing the order?
Once you place the order, you will be notified about tracking via SMS & WhatsApp, after which you can check the estimated delivery date directly with the shipping partner which is Shiprocket. Also, you can find the page to track your order in the quick links section on the website footer.
How do I make changes to my order? Can I cancel my order?
We can facilitate changes to an order or even a cancellation till the order is dispatched from our warehouse. You can reach us at support@theartisanry.in with your intstructions within 24 hrs after you place your order.
What are your shipping charges?
We offer free shipping on order above ₹1,999. For orders with value lower this, we charge ₹100 for packaging & shipping. Please understand the nature of our products, mostly home decor accessories - mean they tend to be high volume, heavy and quite fragile. Therefore we spend time and costs on careful packaging so that products reach safely and at earliest to you.
Are there any discounts on bulk orders?
